During our gathering in the Dunford building we were given many paths to which our specified field may or can consist of. The experience was different, I never knew such a simple test could help narrow your views as to what field you may choose. I enjoyed the visual aspects of the powerpoint and how she provided actual statistics and questions we are able to relate to. I strongly dislike my results, but I assume that was my fault. I learned of resources on campus which are vital toward helping me in the transition from High School to College here at the University of Tennessee. I would recommend this information to anyone who may be or just have questions because they are unsure of what to major in.
I am glad you enjoyed your time at Career Services. You should think about paying them another visit if you disliked your results are disagree with them. Maybe you can take the Strong Interest Inventory again, or talk with about researching other careers. If I remember correctly, you were interested in animals and possibly veterinary medicine. Was Sarah Decker from the panel helpful to you? Did you get her contact information to keep in contact with her?
